Kalekim Lyksor Kimya, in its Izmir-Kemalpasa 3600 m2 Production Facility is successfully producing Polycarboxylate ether, vinyl copolymer, amine sulfonate compounds, melamine sulfonate, organic-based water reduction (PM40) and calcium nitrate, all of these raw materials used in concrete chemicals. In addition, with the same quality understanding it produces auxiliary products, concrete and cement chemicals for construction site.
Kalekim Lyksor R&D Center consists of a fully equipped chemical and cement – concrete laboratory containing the necessary devices to determine the technical characteristics of chemical additives and to make characterization, including a laboratory scale sized reactor that can perform a complete simulation of the construction chemical material production process.
Continuous and regular quality control of products are provided in the R&D laboratory.
Under the consultancy of specialist chemical engineers, chemists, civil engineers and specialist academics, Kalekim Lyksor Kimya manages its equipped R&D Center.
Kalekim Lyksor Kimya is developing its R&D center every day to innovate the sector with the pride of being the first company in Turkey producing macro synthetic fiber used in concrete. Kalekim Lyksor Kimya continues to offer faster and better-quality solutions for the concrete and cement sector, in order to better meet the increasing demand, it has launched its second plant of 1000 m2 operating in Diyarbakir.
