NanoCast RPC is polycarboxylate based, high-range water reducer / superplasticizer type of chemical admixture designed for very low cement to binder ratio cementitious mixtures such as reactive powder concrete (RPC) and ultra high-performance concrete (UHPC).

NanoCast RPC is polycarboxylate based, high-range water reducer / superplasticizer type of chemical admixture designed for RPC and UHPC mixtures having very low water to binder ratio.
NanoCast RPC has been produced with special polycarboxylate copolymer types presenting high compatibility with silica fume which is one of the main constitutions of RPC and UHPC mixtures.
NanoCast RPC provides high flowability in RPC and UHPC mixtures having very low water to binder ratio and very high silica fume content.
Improves the early and ultimate strength.
Improves durability by effectively reducing the permeability of cementitious mixture.
NanoCast RPC provides more homogeneous dispersion of steel microfibers which are typically used in RPC and
UHPC mixtures to reduce their high brittleness.
It is non-chloride admixture and does not contain any compounds that may cause corrosion of reinforcing steel.
